1. Who Can Use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. For live events, attendees must be at least 15 years old to participate.
2. Coaching Services, Digital Products & Events
Spring B Coaching provides digital courses, memberships, webinars, and coaching programs. When purchasing or enrolling in our Services, you agree to the following:
No Refunds: We offer no refunds for digital products or event purchases.
Ticket Transfers: If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to the next event. However, if you do not attend the next event, your ticket is forfeited.
No Guarantee of Results: Coaching and training materials are for educational and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results in your business or personal growth.
Personal Responsibility: You acknowledge that success depends on individual effort, commitment, and various external factors.
Assumption of Risk: By attending a live event, you assume all risks and waive liability for any health issues, including sickness, injury, disability, or death, that arise from your participation.
Event Filming & Preferred Seating: Portions of live events may be broadcasted online or recorded for marketing purposes. Some attendees may receive preferred seating as part of a membership or program.
Intellectual Property: All materials, including videos, PDFs, and coaching content, are copyrighted and may not be copied, shared, or resold without express permission.
3. Memberships & Subscription Services
If you enroll in Spring B Inner Circle, Revolution Coaching, or any other membership program, you agree to:
Recurring Payments: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during purchase.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership by providing written notice before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.
Non-Transferable Access: Your membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payments: All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Refunds: We offer no refunds for digital products or event purchases. All sales are final.
Chargebacks: If you dispute a charge without first contacting support, we reserve the right to revoke access to our Services.
5. Consent to Communications (TCPA Compliance)
By registering on the Spring B Coaching website, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from Spring B Coaching (SB Coaching, LLC) regarding events, courses, educational information, and information on requested deliverables from lead magnets and webinars. No Guarantees: Your success depends on many factors, including effort, health, finances, and experience.

COVID-19 Assumption of Risk: By attending live events, you acknowledge the risks of exposure and waive liability against SB Coaching, LLC
10. No Resale & Liability Waiver
You are prohibited from:
Sharing your account access with others.
Reselling any content or materials from Spring B Coaching without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SB Coaching, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of our Services.
11. Submissions & Public Content
Any content you submit, post, or share in Spring B Coaching communities (e.g., Facebook groups, member sites) is considered public and may be used for promotional purposes.
We reserve the right to display, share, or create works from your submissions.
