VA in 30 Days is an all-inclusive training program that walks you through step-by-step how to properly onboard and provide VA’s with ongoing training and specific KPI’s, including the systems to effectively track, manage, and oversee the work being done. PLUS, we also handle all of the recruiting and placement for each VA that you need!

How do timings work? Is it 24/7? 


VA’s are just like regular employees, so the expectation is not 24/7. Most VA’s work US hours and this is negotiable for most placements.

Who are my VA's?


Your VAs are intelligent, trained employees you choose to hire! Most (though not all) have college degrees and real life experience. The only difference is they live in a different country and speak multiple languages – including fluent English.

Where does VA in 30 Days work? Is it worldwide?


Our corporate office is based in Farmington, Utah, but we also leverage an international team to support our businesses – we are a product of the product!

Do you have any guarantee's?

YES! We guarantee our VA placements for 60 days. Meaning, if the initial VA placement does not work out for some reason, we will help place another VA until they stay on board for a minimum of 60 days. Additionally, you will continue to have access to the group coaching support for 60 days, as well as lifetime access to the training modules.

How do I onboard a VA properly?

You will receive access to a vault of learnings and step-by-step processes that will guide you through identifying the exact support you need, the type of VA that will be the best fit for you and your business, and how to onboard them successfully.

What if I need more Virtual Assistants?

We still support you! Once you’ve gone through the initial hiring process for your first VA, you may add subsequent VA’s for $997 each. Our clients typically build an international team of 3 – 20 VA’s, and one of the biggest benefits of VA in 30 Days is receiving the confidence and support that you are scaling your team properly without the huge liability.

How should we train them ongoing?

With VA in 30 Days, you will receive our meeting cadence, syntaxes, and standards we use to onboard and train our VA’s (with incredible success). Additionally, you will have access to weekly Q&A’s to help answer any questions or overcome any challenges that may come up.
